How to Buy

  • Step 1: Choose the desired service/account and purchase options.
  • Step 2: Fill contact and billing information. WARNING: you must fill valid contact information, otherwise delivery might be delayed.
  • Step 3: Select payment and delivery method.
  • Step 4: If you purchase account – full account details should be sent to your e-mail immediately. If you purchase boosting services for PC or PS you must contact our manager via online chat, or using any of methods on Support page to provide login details and finish the procedure of account sharing.

Accounts delivery

Accounts are delivered via automatic system. You will receive full account details via contact email that you’ve left in purchase details. If something went wrong and you didn’t receive the letter – immediately send the message to online consultant or using any option in Support page.

Boosting delivery

To be able to deliver the service we need full access to your GTA V Online account. You should provide access to your account after the payment is completed. Please send the message to online consultant or using any option on Support page.

 

Refund Policy

Accounts Warranty

Warranty for all accounts is 30 days. WARNING: You will not be able to receive refund if you’ve changed account nickname (PS/Xbox) or if you are trying to refund account and email is different, from the one you’ve got after purchase or you've made a purchase on account. Ban Warranty for all accounts and  is 120 days from the moment of purchase. If your account got banned during warranty perion with proof, that was caused by our actions – we will replace it or initiate a full refund. You can initiate a refund sending a detailed email with ban date, screenshots and order ID to QA@expertmodz.com. 

Boosting Services Warranty

You can receive a full refund at any time before the boosting service is started. In case of partial completion, refund amount will be recalculated according to current progress. Full refund after service delivery is possible only in case of ban. Ban Warranty for all services  is 30 days from the moment of purchase. If your account got banned during warranty perion with proof, that was caused by our actions – we will replace it or initiate a full refund.
